  • The repaired product was returned to its owner, at least 10 days before the search.
  • The product was delivered to the service department for repair more than 90 days before the search date. The available records include notifications (consignment notes) for the last 90 calendar days.

  • The repair status records are updated twice a day, at 12:00 and 5:30 p.m. When the repaired product has been delivered to its owner, the relevant notification stops appearing in our system after 10 days.
