Have your iPhone repaired in 5 simple steps
Step 1. Fill-out the repair form
Provide all the necessary information in the following repair form. It is recommended that you print and sign the form certifying that you accept the terms for delivering your device to ACS.
Step 2. Submit your request
Once you submit the repair form, you agree with service terms. Your request is automatically forwarded to our personnel, who is waiting for the receipt of your device.
Step 3. Have your device delivered to our service center
Carefully pack your device. We undertake to send the ACS to receive it. If you want to take the device to an ACS store, you must have 1 & 2 steps beforehand and have the form printed and signed with the relevant information from our personnel.
Step 4. Authorize the repair
As soon as we have your device, we’ll run diagnostics and inform you about the repair cost (if there is one). We won’t proceed with the repair, unless you authorize it.
Step 5. Have your device returned in top shape
After service, your device will be delivered at your door, fully functional and disinfected. If there is a charge for the repair and you haven't paid yet, you can pay in cash upon delivery.
