Once you submit the repair form, your request is automatically forwarded to our personnel, who will promptly provide ACS with the special packaging material required for your device’s safe delivery.

Step 3. Have your device delivered to our service center

An ACS employee will visit you to pick up your device and deliver it to our service center.

Step 4. Authorize the repair

As soon as we have your device, we’ll run diagnostics, free of charge, and inform you about the repair cost. We won’t proceed with the repair, unless you authorize it.

Step 5. Have your device returned in top shape

After service, your device will be delivered at your door, with no extra charge. If you haven't paid for the repair yet, you can pay in cash upon delivery.
